What Youll Do
Handle residential (and light commercial) HVAC service, maintenance, and installs
Serve as the face of the company to customersprofessional, clean, and personable
Use modern tools (CRM, tablet, scheduling apps) to track jobs and customer notes
Help establish operational processes that scale
Recruit and train junior techs as the business grows
Participate in profit-sharing and strategic decisions as we scale

What Were Looking For
5+ years of HVAC field experience across service and install
Strong customer communication and professionalism
Demonstrated success at 2 or more companies
Familiarity with technology (tablets, HVAC software, invoicing apps)
EPA Certified (NATE preferred)
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
A builders mindset: excited to lead and grow something long-term
