Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and implement the facility's preventative maintenance program.

  • Perform and coordinate general building upkeep, repairs, and equipment servicing.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and functional environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure maintenance supports quality care delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a healthcare or residential setting.

  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair.

  • Ability to safely operate tools, machinery, and maintenance equipment.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Passion for providing excellent service and maintaining a welcoming environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus.
