Job Overview
As an Entry-Level Roofer & Shingler, youll work alongside experienced roofing professionals to install, repair, and maintain various roofing systems. No prior roofing experience is requiredwe provide training for hardworking candidates who are eager to learn.
What Youll Do
Assist with installation of shingles, TPO, and other roofing materials
Safely load, carry, and position materials on the roof
Help remove old roofing systems and prepare surfaces for new installations
Use basic tools and equipment under supervision
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
What Were Looking For
No experience requiredwe will train the right candidate
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Comfortable with heights and physical labor
Reliable transportation to job sites
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
