### The Opportunity:

We are an established electrical contractor looking for **licensed journeyman electricians** to join us on a 1099 basis for ongoing projects. Work is flexible and project-based ideal for someone who wants the freedom of working independently but with the support of an established contractor.

### Scope of Work Includes:

* Generator installations (portable & standby)
* Panel replacements and service upgrades
* Residential and light commercial work
* Remodels, rewires, and various small/large jobs

### Whats Required:

* **Current Texas Journeyman License**
* Your own tools and reliable transportation
* A strong work ethic and attention to code compliance
* Willingness to agree to a **reasonable hourly rate**

### Helpers:

* You **may bring your own helper**
* OR we can **provide one for you**
* If you bring your own, **you are responsible for their pay**

* All job materials (you only supply labor)
* Permits, inspections, and project oversight
