Schedule: Full-time | MondayFriday | 8-hour shifts | Overtime as needed

Were Hiring a Skilled, Hands-On Working Foreman
Lite Building Services is growing and looking for a dependable Working Foreman with a background in drywall finishing, carpentry, and commercial construction. If you know how to lead a small crew, keep jobs moving, and still pick up the tools yourself, we want to hear from you. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Your Role
Lead & Supervise Crews

-Manage a small team of skilled tradespeople

-Keep jobs on track, safe, and within scope

-Communicate with project managers and solve problems on site

-Maintain quality control and mentor crew members

Work with Your Hands

-Perform drywall finishing, framing, and light carpentry

-Assist with layout, punch lists, and materials

-Keep job sites clean and organized

Coordinate & Communicate

-Give clear instructions to both English- and Spanish-speaking team members

-Ensure everyone understands daily goals

-Report jobsite progress and flag issues to the office

What You Bring
3+ years in commercial construction
1+ year experience leading crews
Skilled in drywall, carpentry, framing
Familiar with small commercial construction projects
Can read construction drawings and scopes of work
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a bonus
OSHA 10 or 30 a plus
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
