Carpenter - General Contractor

Lorenz Developments Ltd. is a general contracting compay located in Squamish, currently looking for experienced workers. The right candidates must have strong exterior and interior finishing experience, knowledge of typical building details and code related items. Projects include custom new homes, renovation projects and various carpentry/general contractor related tasks.

Requirements:
- Experience in residential construction and/or commercial tenant improvement settings
- Basic hand tools and power tools
- Drivers License
- Knowledge of framing, back framing, envelope and finishing systems an asset
- Assertive and level-headed, you are an experienced problem solver with strong attention to detail
- Organized with excellent time management, you always follow through
- Invested in ongoing learning and growth, and committed to being part of a collaborative, safe work environment
- Able to maintain great relationships with colleagues and clients

Carpenters must have knowledge on all aspects of the construction process, including but not limited to demolition, structural framing and finishing.

This position is full time.
