Direct Hire- Welder/Fabricator

Our client is a leading steel container fabricator, providing essential solutions to oil jobbers, agricultural businesses, industrial clients, and equipment contractors across the nation. They expertly manufacture steel petroleum storage containers and bulk oil dispensing tanks, and also distribute a wide range of accessory equipment. We're looking for an ideal candidate who is highly motivated, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

salary: $41,599 - $41,600 per year
shift: First
work hours: 5 AM - 1:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Rectangular tank fit up and welding assembly duties in tank fabrication operations. Fabricates components using press brake or sheet metal shear. Reads prints, performs basic maintenance, and inspection of equipment. Requests supplies as needed. Keeps work area in clean and neat condition. Practices safe work habits, participates in required safety training and programs.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

blueprint reading (3 years of experience is required)
