Hiring: Project Managers (PMs)

Oversee multiple jobs at once (typically 2-5 active projects)
Coordinate subcontractors, workers, and vendors to ensure jobs run smoothly
Keep projects on schedule and within budget
Problem-solve job site issues quickly and efficiently
Track material orders, scheduling, and job progress
Communicate with clients, investors, and key stakeholders

PMs should have the leadership skills to step into a Foreman role when necessary, ensuring job sites stay productive and on track.

Work with Project Managers to report progress & keep work on track
