Project Engineer – Transportation
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA, Des Moines, IA, Baraboo, WI, Appleton, WI, Marshfield, WI, Rhinelander, WI, Madison, WI, Milwaukee, WI

Role Overview: Lead engineering projects focused on transportation infrastructure—roads, bridges, trails—from planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project lifecycle: planning, scoping, budgeting, and quality assurance/control
Design transportation infrastructure (roadways, bridges, trails)
Produce detailed plans, specifications, bidding documents, technical reports, and regulatory permitting packages
Prepare public engagement materials and support community presentations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 4 years of transportation or mobility engineering experience
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Demonstrated client liaison and project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship provided)

Salary Range: $79,081 – $126,529
