Hours of Work: Monday to Friday - 8am-5:30pm

Location: Regional (travel to various locations required)

DekBoard, part of the Epwin Group plc, are a progressive and rapidly expanding decking system supplier providing decking installations in the north of England.

Leaders in decking installations within the leisure market with extensive expertise in the domestic sector also.

To support our growth and expanding customer base we are seeking a reliable, trustworthy and experienced Regional Operations Manager field based to manage our installation and warehouse teams and work alongside our sales team members.

Job Role Overview:

This role will report to DekBoard's Managing Director and be responsible for managing decking installations and warehouse operations, manage and participate with associated teams whilst ensuring high-quality project execution and maintaining efficient inventory and logistics management.

Ability to motivate & monitor your team effectively whilst overseeing and coordinating all operational aspects of PVC/ WPC & Aluminium decking installations across the assigned region, attention to detail & ensuring efficient work scheduling, high-quality installation delivery, and adherence to company standards, budgets, and safety protocols.

Monitor and improve operational efficiency, addressing issues as they arise

Decking Installation:

  • Plan and coordinate decking installation projects across all facilities in your area.
  • Supervise installation teams and ensure all aspects of decking installations are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
  • Communicate effectively with your team & customers to resolve any on-site issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • As required support installation team installations to ensure all deliverables are met in a timely manner.
  • Optimise Productivity.

Warehouse Management:

  • Oversee & manage team members to ensure daily warehouse operations are completed effectively.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
  • Organize warehouse layout to optimize efficiency and safety.
  • Oversee stock ordering and management.
  • Coordinate deliveries to job sites and manage logistics.
  • Monitor equipment and tools, ensuring they are maintained and ready for use.

Other Requirements:

  • Good understanding of decking installations and associated tasks into the leisure sector, construction safety standards and building regulations, share this knowledge.
  • Provide / organise appropriate team member training as required.
  • Can do approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Engage actively with recruitment as appropriate.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Standard working hours with some flexibility required to meet project deadlines.
