**Schedule:** **3rd Shift | 10:00 PM 6:30 AM**

**Shift Rotation:**

+ Start: MondayFriday

+ After 4 weeks: 4-day weekend, then switch to WednesdaySunday

+ Repeat every 4 weeks **Type:** Temp-to-Perm

Were looking for a skilled and resourceful **Industrial Electrician** to join our facilities and maintenance team in **Brookville, OH** . If you're more into solving real electrical problems than bending conduitand you know your way around AC motors, lighting systems, and machinery troubleshootingthis role is calling your name.

This **temp-to-perm** position supports a large industrial facility and requires someone who can hit the ground running on **third shift** . Youll be working with a wide range of equipment, including electrical motors, filter systems for coolant, conveyors, and lighting controls. If you thrive in high-paced environments and know how to diagnose, repair, and keep production running, we want to talk.

**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment

+ Support operations with hands-on fixes to AC machines, lighting controls, conveyors, and motor systems

+ Perform preventative maintenance on filter systems, motors, and electrical components

+ Identify and resolve malfunctions quickly to minimize downtime

+ Log performance issues and monitor facility systems

+ Respond to on-call and emergency maintenance as needed

+ Assist with parts inventory and collaborate with other departments and vendors

+ Follow NFPA-70E and OSHA safety protocols (training provided if needed)

**What Were Looking For**

**Required:**

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Solid hands-on experience in **industrial electrical maintenance** (this is a **troubleshooting** role, not a conduit-focused job)

+ Familiarity with lighting control systems and industrial machinery

+ Able to read and interpret safety guidelines, equipment manuals, and electrical schematics

+ Comfortable with physical work: ladders, tight spaces, heights, etc.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Must be available for **third shift rotation** and on-call needs

**Nice to Have:**

+ NFPA-70E certification or OSHA 10 (not required but helpfultraining provided)

+ Electrical trade license or certifications

+ Experience with CMMS and facility BMS systems

**Pay Details:** $26.00 per hour
