We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Site Superintendent to join our team at JFK .

As Site Superintendent, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader, orchestrating daily construction operations, ensuring safety and quality, and keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily construction operations - from scheduling and logistics to trade coordination.
• Champion safety on-site, ensuring full compliance with OSHA and Port Authority of NY & NJ (PANYNJ) standards.
• Keep quality top-notch by aligning work with contract documents and design specs.
• Track progress, document milestones, and keep project management in the loop.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, and client reps to resolve field issues fast.
• Maintain detailed records: daily reports, manpower logs, safety documentation, and more.
• Drive project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover success.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of on-site construction experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or coordination role.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience with airport or public infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points For

• Heavy civil and aviation construction experience.
• Familiarity with Port Authority projects or similar public agency work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr.
