Job Title: Construction Superintendent
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee work crews on construction sites. The role requires ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating with project managers and clients, managing resources effectively, and maintaining detailed project documentation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction crews on-site.
- Ensure that all safety standards and regulations are strictly followed.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to align project goals.
- Effectively manage resources, including labor and materials.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all project-related activities.
Essential Skills
- Experience in Construction Site Management.
- In-depth knowledge of Construction Safety.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial superintendent.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is advantageous.
- Experience specifically in restaurant construction.
- Expertise in commercial kitchen installations.
- Experience with 4-week look-ahead scheduling.
Work Environment
The role involves daily management of subcontractors and schedules on restaurant construction builds. The work environment is dynamic, requiring supervision of the construction process and ensuring timely project completion.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $55.00/hr.
