You'll be responsible for working with a small team of heavy equipment operators and laborers to complete a multitude of projects including but not limited to: site grading, demolition, footing excavation, etc... Responsibilities: Operate excavators in a safe and effective manner. May also operate other equipment such as: skidsteers, loaders and dozers. Operator all equipment as instructed by supervisors. Read and follow site plans . Communicate with other team members to ensure each project is done appropriately. Perform daily safety and maintenance checks and routine maintenance. Perform other related duties as needed. Qualifications / Experience: Ability to shoot and hold grade is a must. At least 2 years of heavy equipment operating experience (Excavator) Class A Commercial Driver's License is preferred Ability to determine work priorities and assign work to others Compensation: This position is a Union position and pays IUOE scale.
