Job Description
Controller- Custom Home Builder Office location: WPB 33401 The Controller oversees all financial operations for the custom home building company, ensuring accurate accounting, financial reporting, and budget management. Responsibilities include overseeing job costing, managing cash flow, preparing monthly financial statements, monitoring project profitability, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. The Controller also collaborates with project managers, ownership, and external partners to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
