Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Maintenance Estimator position include: Proven experience in landscape estimating, with a strong focus on maintenance and enhancement projects Develop detailed estimates and proposals for commercial landscape maintenance, enhancements, and support construction bids Strong understanding of regional pricing, labor rates, and plant/material costs in the North Texas market Read and interpret architectural plans, conduct site visits, and produce accurate take-offs Skilled with Microsoft Excel and estimating software Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between estimates and production capabilities Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments Ability to attend site walks, pre-bid meetings, and support seamless handoffs to operations Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Proven experience in landscape estimating, with a strong focus on maintenance and enhancement projects
