Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include: Minimum of 5 years' experience managing commercial, municipal, or industrial ground-up construction projects Proficiency with construction software including RedTeam Go, Buildertrend, Excel, MS Project, and Bluebeam Oversight of multiple projects (3-5) ranging from $20K-$20M in value, with a sweet spot of $3M-$8M Strong knowledge of contracts, scheduling, cost control, and permitting Responsible for managing superintendents and subcontractors to ensure project delivery on time and within budget Regular site visits and project coordination, while handling pay apps and paperwork from the office Must be capable of independently managing projects with little to no supervision Degree in Construction Management or similar preferred; equivalent experience considered Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
