Stantec Consulting Services Inc., Civil Engineer (Multiple Positions), Indianapolis, IN. Perform engineering design tasks including preparing engineering drawings, engineering reports, and technical specifications on projects under the supervision of task lead or manager. Perform hydraulic modeling analysis to support engineering design including 1D and 2D analysis of surface and subsurface hydraulics. Assist in the permit process and attend meetings with clients, contractors, and governing entities. Execute construction quantity take-off and support applications to regulatory and funding agencies. Assist project managers with developing and managing project scope including fee estimates, budget tracking, staffing, and scheduling. Prepare engineering project proposals, change orders, client contract and communications. Serve as liaison between task manager and design team coordinating technical activities and designs across multiple disciplines. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.). #LI-DNI #GTM

Requirements:
Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, or a related field, and 6 years of post-bachelors, progressive related work experience; OR a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience with the following: 1D and 2D Hydraulic modeling including HEC-RAS, PCSWMM and ICM; Developing and reviewing construction civil engineering drawings; Drafting preliminary engineering reports and technical specifications; and Coordinating technical and design activities for civil engineering infrastructure projects.
Must have an active U.S. Professional Engineer (PE) license.
