Journeymen Electrician

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, installations, maintenance, and repairs in residential, commercial, and/or industrial settings. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components.

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.

Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.

Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other construction professionals.

Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.

Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Skills and Requirements

Valid Journeyman Electrician License in Connecticut.

High school diploma or GED; completion of an electrician apprenticeship program.

Minimum 2-3years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces. Hands-on expertise in commercial electrical projects involving solar installations. null
