Position Overview:
Power & Construction Group is expanding its team and currently seeking qualified Gas Division Laborers for our dynamic and growing workforce. The Gas Division is responsible for the installation and maintenance of gas mains, services, and regulator stations.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and collaborate with the crew to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Perform manual labor, including but not limited to digging with a hand shovel or bar to expose live utilities, heavy lifting, and climbing in and out of trenches.
- Conduct routine inspection and maintenance on equipment and tools.
- Demonstrate safe and proper use of tools and equipment.
- Report directly to the job site on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- NGA Gas Op Quals
- Reliable transportation to commute to various job sites.
- No lifting or physical restrictions.
- OSHA 10 Certification is a plus (training available).
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in all types of weather.
- Equipment knowledge is a plus.
- CDL-B license is a plus, though not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy parts and equipment (up to 50 pounds or more).
- Stamina to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise tasks.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
- Good vision, including close-up and peripheral vision, for detailed inspections.
- Hearing ability to diagnose engine and equipment noises.
Compensation:
- $21-$29 Plus Prevailing Wage Rate Opportunities

Additional Requirements:
