Welder

Our client is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder

Location: Littlestown, PA

Pay Range: $19.73 an hour for MIG, $22.55 an hour for MIG and TIG experience
Shift: 1st shift 5am-3pm

What's the Job?

• Perform MIG welding tasks with precision and accuracy.
• Utilize TIG welding techniques when required, demonstrating proven skills.
• Weld aluminum components using both MIG and TIG methods.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

What's Needed?

• Experience with MIG welding; TIG experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork mentality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
