Were seeking experienced painters to join our growing team serving property management companies throughout Philadelphia. This role focuses on interior painting for apartment turnovers quick, clean, consistent work with a high standard for quality.

What Youll Do:
Paint vacant apartments between tenant move-outs
Perform prep work: sanding, patching, caulking, priming
Apply coats with brushes, rollers, or sprayers as appropriate
Ensure clean job sites and proper cleanup
Communicate job progress and punch items clearly

What Were Looking For:
At least 1 year of professional painting experience
Solid prep and finish skills
Reliable transportation to job sites in the Philadelphia area
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently or as part of a small crew
