Senior Project Civil Engineer

The Senior Project Civil Engineer will be responsible for site development, civil design, and stormwater management for various projects. This role involves coordination with project teams, clients, and municipal authorities, and contributes to the successful planning and execution of development initiatives.

• Design and develop civil engineering plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments

• Lead site development efforts including grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control

• Conduct stormwater management design and analysis

• Develop detailed site plans and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Participate in project entitlement processes and support permitting efforts

• Communicate regularly with clients, regulatory agencies, and consultants

• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software for design and documentation

• Provide technical support to junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required)

• Minimum 4 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in site development

• Proficient in civil design, stormwater management, and site plan preparation

• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Experience in project entitlements and permitting is a plus

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred

• Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills
