** What Youll Do:**

* Generate and manage your own leads in residential markets
* Use our CRM to manage customer relationships and sales pipeline
* Provide estimates, explain warranties, and close deals
* Work closely with our in-house roofing crew and office team to ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish

** What Were Looking For:**

* Prior sales experience preferred (roofing/construction experience a huge plus)
* Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
* Excellent communication and follow-up skills
* Comfortable knocking doors, networking, and generating your own leads
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
