Construction Laborer/Manager

CSI is a design and build firm with experience in architecture, prefabricated framing, custom concrete, remodel, service work, and commercial construction divisions. We are dedicated to building well-crafted, energy-efficient homes and buildings. We construct furniture, decorative pieces, countertops, and we can produce anything a client can think of. No two days will ever be the same.

Every team member works on all different aspects of each project. Projects are mainly in the Gallatin Valley and we have a large ( warm) shop space for premanufacturing. Site Manager:
We are currently seeking a bags-on construction manager with minimum of 5 years of construction experience. We are looking for motivated, experienced, hardworking individuals to join our production team. Candidates should be experienced but open to learning new things, and have a passion for training less experienced laborers. Job duties will include daily management of 2-3 crew members on site, coordination of drawings and specifications with work in the field, and the daily planning and execution of work.

Laborer:
Constructive Solutions is seeking field crew members to help construct our growing list of projects. Come join the team and learn new skills. Experience in construction is preferred, but not necessary. Good candidates will be prepared to work hard, learn fast, and pay attention to the details. We will consider part-time if youre able to work full days or at least 4 hours at a time.
