I'm a local property owner with a small portfolio of rental homes in Whatcom County. I'm looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and solution-oriented handyman who can help maintain these properties and respond to issues as they arise.

This is not one-off or temporary work I'm looking for a go-to person I can rely on long-term, with the potential for a monthly retainer or banked hours setup for the right fit.

### Responsibilities

* General repairs and maintenance (drywall, doors, trim, minor plumbing/electrical, appliances, etc.)
* Turnover prep (patching, painting, caulking, light installs)
* Troubleshooting tenant-reported issues
* Coordinating occasional vendors or materials pickup
* Before/after job documentation (photos + simple notes)

* Has broad handyman experience (either as a solo pro or former contractor)
* Is responsive, communicative, and respectful with tenants
* Has own tools, truck, and smartphone
* Lives in or near Bellingham/Lynden and knows the area
