We're a fast-growing residential renovation company looking for a hands-on Working Foreman to lead interior remodel crews. This is a lead-by-example positionyoull manage projects on site, work alongside the crew, and ensure high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and execute interior renovation projects (kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, drywall, trim, etc.)

Supervise 25 crew members and subcontractors

Ensure projects are completed on schedule and to spec

Communicate with clients, vendors, and project managers

Order materials and track deliveries

Enforce safety protocols and quality control

Perform skilled trades work: framing, drywall, finish carpentry, etc.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in residential interior remodeling

12 years in a leadership or foreman role

Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

Working knowledge of code compliance, basic blueprints, and finish quality standards

Strong communication and time management skills

Must have own hand tools
