Licensed Electrician Needed

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have
experience in both residential and industrial settings, with a strong understanding of electrical systems
and codes. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems for solar PV,
ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), and working effectively on construction
sites. The Electrician will also be responsible for troubleshooting electrical issues and collaborating
with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures by NEC standards.
to determine the layout of electrical systems.
Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical systems for functionality and safety.
Work on high voltage systems as required, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Renovate existing electrical installations to improve efficiency or meet new requirements.
Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely project completion on construction sites.
Troubleshoot electrical issues using logic controllers and other diagnostic tools.
Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime.
Document work performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations.
Communicating with customers professionally and answering questions.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Electrician in residential or industrial settings.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams related to electrical systems.
Familiarity with NEC regulations and safety standards related to high-voltage work.
Experience with logic controllers is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
Background in frame carpentry or maintenance person work is advantageous, but not required.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in solar installation and troubleshooting is preferred.
Bilingual (Preferred).

Required licenses and certifications:
Proof of a valid electrician's license is required.
NABCEP certification is preferred or required by some states for solar projects.
Proof of a valid driver's license

Hourly pay
Pay: $30.92 - $32.94 per hour
Expected hours: 40 50 per week
