Welder/Fabricator

The manufacturing group at Andros Engineering seeks career minded individual for a Welder/Fabricator position in our fabrication shop. We offer excellent pay and benefits with growth and promotion opportunities.

Requirements:
Self-starter with a good attitude and communication skills
Fabrication skills utilizing power and hand tools, FCAW, GMAW, and SMAW processes
Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics and mobile equipment
Experience with basic machining
Read and understand mechanical drawings
Must be organized and capable of multi-tasking in solo and team environments
A background in agriculture or heavy equipment is beneficial
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Willing to accept training, work overtime as required and travel
Valid CA Drivers License
A basic welding test is given during the interview

Compensation and Benefits:
Position is hourly with wages based on experience ($19-$24/hr.)
