Lead Handyman

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day repair and maintenance projects

Perform a variety of tasks including carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, minor electrical, and general home repairs

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other team members

Ensure projects are completed on time and to high quality standards

Maintain tools, inventory, and workspaces

Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience in general handyman work

Proven leadership or project management skills

Strong knowledge of residential construction and repair methods

Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and supervise small teams
