Skilled Laborer LVP Flooring + General Remodeling Support (San Antonio)

Kal REI Properties, a fast-growing residential remodeling and real estate investment company, is actively hiring Skilled Construction Laborers with specific experience in LVP flooring installation and general remodeling tasks. We are committed to building high-quality renovation projects and seek dependable, bilingual team members to support multiple job sites across the San Antonio area.
Position Focus:
We are looking for laborers with strong LVP flooring install skills who are also capable of assisting in other phases of residential remodeling when needed. This is a hands-on role requiring versatility, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
What Were Looking For:
Proficiency in LVP flooring installation
Willingness to work as part of a team and assist in other trades (framing, finishing, tile, etc.)
General knowledge of residential remodeling phases
Bilingual English/Spanish (Required)
Must have own tools and reliable transportation
Positive attitude, punctual, detail-oriented, and dependable
Preferred Experience:
At least 2 years of residential construction experience
Familiarity with drywall, tile, painting, and finish carpentry a plus
Ability to follow instructions, adapt on-site, and solve problems
Legal to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Work Schedule:
Hourly Pay: $20$30/hr (based on experience and skill level)
Weekly Pay
Full-time work (MondayFriday, occasional Saturdays)
Multiple job sites throughout San Antonio
