A Day in the Life:

The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for safety standards, among other duties. Managing your dual site teams to reduce costs and find innovative ways to build value. This includes electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair and HVAC work. Looking for a stable career and dont mind getting your hands dirty? Then this is the career for you!

Assistant Maintenance Supervisor must haves:

• Proficient knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
• Previous leadership experience
• HVAC certification required
• Effective communicator and leads by example
• Displays a friendly and positive team first attitude
• Driven and not shy about working hard
• Possesses reliable transportation
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Live within 20 miles of the property
• On-call maintenance rotation once every 5 weeks
• Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
