General Superintendent-Concrete

A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Concrete General Superintendent to oversee field operations across multiple projects, manage field leadership, and ensure exceptional execution of all concrete scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall field leadership for all concrete activities across multiple job sites
• Supervise and mentor project superintendents, foremen, and field staff
• Develop and implement field execution plans, schedules, logistics, and safety programs
• Coordinate with project management, clients, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure quality control, productivity, and on-time project delivery
• Support manpower forecasting, equipment planning, and procurement needs
• Lead job site safety efforts and enforce company policies and procedure
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively

• 10+ years of experience in concrete construction, including 5+ in a superintendent-level role
• Proven success managing complex concrete operations on large commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
• Expert-level knowledge of structural concrete, formwork systems, rebar, placing/finishing, mix designs, and curing
• Ability to manage multiple active projects and field teams
• Proficient with construction software and reporting tools (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
• OSHA 30 and strong safety track record
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
