Concrete Laborer**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Laborer to inspect and repair concrete pipes, perform patching and finishing work, and assist with various tasks in an outdoor and industrial environment. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools, grinders, and patching materials to ensure high-quality concrete surfaces.
**Responsibilities**
+ Inspect concrete pipes for surface defects and imperfections.
+ Perform patching and finishing work using hand tools, grinders, and patching materials.
+ Mix and apply concrete or patching compounds to repair damaged areas.
+ Assist with form setup, stripping, and cleaning as needed.
+ Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Lift up to 50lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
+ Work comfortably in outdoor and industrial environments.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in general labor and construction.
+ Proficiency with hand tools.
+ Knowledge of concrete finishing and masonry.
+ Ability to perform concrete slab work.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in concrete repair.
+ Skill in masonry and drywall.
+ Flat work expertise.
+ Concrete finishing experience.

The role is based in an outdoor, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment where you will be working with a manufacturer of manholes. Expect a loud and dirty setting with mandatory overtime, including occasional Saturdays with a three-day notice.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.
