Position Summary Construction Manager experienced with coordinating trades to ensure safe, on-time and on-budget completion. Duration of assignment: Approx Mid-August lasting approx. 6-8 months. Location: Garland, TX Responsibilities Scope of Work: 170,000 sqft Roof Replacement Materials: TPO membrane, insulation, decking Area: 170,000 sqft Previous experience should include: Experienced as a Construction Manager. Knowledgeable of OSHA Standards and site-specific protocols. Experienced overseeing multi-discipline crafts contractors. Tasks: Remove existing roofing materials Inspect and repair decking as needed Install new insulation Install TPO membrane Coordination and Scheduling: Trade Coordination Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule Coordinate with roofing, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing trades to ensure seamless workflow Schedule regular coordination meetings to address any issues and ensure alignment Safety Management. Adherence to OSHA standards and site-specific safety protocols Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections Quality Control. Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship Conduct regular inspections and testing Documentation. Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including materials used and inspections conducted Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders Qualifications Experienced as a Construction Manager. Knowledgeable of OSHA Standards and site-specific protocols. Experienced overseeing multi-discipline crafts contractors.
