Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Pay: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring experienced Welders for upcoming commercial and industrial projects in Fishers, IN. Job sites are not fixed yet and could be in Indianapolis, Muncie, Plainfield, Noblesville, or at our client's shop. We're looking for skilled, dependable, and safety-focused welders who can work at any of these locations and perform high-quality welds. An in-person interview is required, and all candidates must pass a coupon weld test before starting.

Work Scope Includes:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, weld symbols, and drawings

• Laying out, cutting, fitting, and welding steel or copper piping and structural components

• Performing MIG, TIG, or stick welding as required by the project

• Assembling and installing piping systems - may include chilled water, steam, or gas

• Inspecting welds for quality and performing any necessary repairs

• Maintaining welding equipment and tools

• Keeping a safe, organized, and clean work area

• Supporting the crew with related tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a commercial or industrial welder

• Must pass a coupon weld test before starting work

• Must have all necessary welding gear, hand tools, and full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Must be flexible and willing to travel to any of the potential job sites listed

• In-person interview required

• Ability to read and work from blueprints and welding symbols

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
