Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring experienced Commercial Carpenters for a military base project in Fayetteville, NC. We're looking for skilled, dependable, and safety-focused carpenters who take pride in quality workmanship and can pass all required screenings to work on a secured site.

Work Scope Includes:

• Wood and metal stud framing, blocking, and backing

• Installing doors, frames, and hardware

• Building and setting casework, trim, and other finish carpentry tasks

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings

• Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work area

• Supporting the crew with other carpentry and site tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a commercial carpenter (military base or secure site experience is a plus)

• Ability to read and work from construction drawings

• Must have basic hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Must pass a background check to gain base access

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
