Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Pay: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring experienced Pipe Fitters for upcoming commercial and industrial projects in Fishers, IN. Job sites are not fixed yet and could be in Indianapolis, Muncie, Plainfield, Noblesville, or at our client's shop. We're looking for dependable, safety-focused pipe fitters who can handle complex mechanical piping systems and travel to any of these locations as needed. An in-person interview is required for all applicants.

Work Scope Includes:

• Assembling and installing mechanical piping systems - may include chilled water, steam, or gas systems

• Cutting, threading, and fitting steel or copper piping

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings

• Performing layout and installation of pipe hangers and supports

• Inspecting and testing piping systems for leaks and proper operation

• Working safely with welding or brazing as needed

• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

• Supporting the crew with related tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a commercial or industrial pipe fitter (not just plumbing)

• Must be able to assemble and install steel and copper mechanical piping systems

• Must have all necessary hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Must be flexible and willing to travel to any of the potential job sites listed

• In-person interview required

• Ability to read and work from mechanical drawings and blueprints

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
