Description
Facilities Trade is responsible for compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws to assure a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times. Qualifications
EDUCATION & TRAINING:
High school diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
Must have training or experience in basic carpentry, plumbing, electricity, painting and machinery repair
Must read well enough to follow written instructions
Must write well enough to communicate with others
LICENSES & CERTIFICATION:
current Tennessee motor vehicle operators permit
