Responsibilities

• Collaborates with product owners, stakeholders, and others to identify requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

• Oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.

• Ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Mentors, coaches, provides feedback and evaluates performance of staff members.

• Champions Agile practices and principles within the development team and facilitates Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Ensures the development of high-quality software by implementing best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

• Promotes a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, learning, and innovation within the team.

• Identifies and mitigates risks associated with application development.

• Ensures the security and scalability of applications.

• Manages the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.

• Stays up to date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Supervisory/Management experience
• Experience working with RESTful APIs
• Strong SQL skillset (T-SQL, PL/SQL) and experience working with SQL Server, Oracle DBs
• ERP experience required
• Cloud technologies (AWS & Microsoft) experience preferred
