- Fabrication skills (must be able to perform structural welding - platforms, stairs, stairwells, pipe supports, columns, beams, stiffners, etc.)
- Read and understand plans (being able to understand drawings and require minimal supervision). Must be able to decipher welding symbols, catch engineering issues, etc.)
- Competent welding skills (Must be able to weld structural, and piping). Weld stainless, carbon steel, etc.)
- Competent skills with torch
- Skills with track torch
- Knowledge of safe use of power and hand tools
- Capable of leading and working with others
- Bilingual a plus
- Can follow verbal and written directions
- Must make decisions that illustrate safety is always first
- Willing to do work not associated with welding
- Operate equipment proficiently and safely
