**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Welders** for projects located in and around **Ballard, WA** . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of **$38-40/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Perform Dual Shield LN25 .052 Wire Welding (FCAW)

+ Work on Dry Dock Construction Projects

+ Execute Fillet welds, Butt seams, Back gouging, Grinding and Surface Prep

+ Fabricate and Fit Steel and Aluminum Components for Hulls, Bulkheads, Decks

+ Fit and Tack Weld Components with Precision

+ Operate Fabrication Tools and Machinery: Saws & Grinders

+ Ensure all Work Meets Marine Structural Integrity Standards

**Requirements:**

+ Minimum of 2 Years Experience as a Fitter Welder

+ Able to Read and Interpret Blueprints

+ Experience in Marine Fabrication

+ Skilled in Dual Shield/Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)

+ Comfortable Working In Confined Spaces, at Heights, and In Various Weather Conditions

+ Must Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area

+ Able to Collaborate with Engineers and Team Members

+ Must Follow Shipyard Safety Protocols

+ Standard PPE
