Plaza Construction LLC in New York, NY seeks a Senior Project Manager to provide overall management administration to construction projects and assist in establishing project specific objectives and policies. Ensure all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget, quality, safety and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. Understand and administer Plazas contract and subcontract agreements and foster and enhance owner, architect, subcontractor and vendor relations. Establish, update, and communicate Master Project Schedules and manage its implementation. Work with preconstruction teams in development of projects and manage budgets and financial reporting. Interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budgets and oversee the quality assurance/quality control programs. Responsible for field operations, engineering processes and procedures and ensure safety protocols are properly adhered to. Work with accounting departments to initiate the pay application process and follow up to ensure payment is received in a timely manner. Keep management informed on progress of project and budget through regularly scheduled Operation Review Meeting and support and drive utilization of various Plaza initiatives and technologies. 50% Travel to construction projects required. Bachelors degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related degree + 5 years of related experience.
