Experience with hedge trimmer, weed eater, mower, chain saws, back pack blowers, rakes, hula ho, shovel, pick axe, etc

Experience in irrigation repair: sprinkler head replacement, " poly repairs, junction heads, irrigation timers, etc

Tree trimming Experience a plus

Planting Experience a plus

Paver / synthetic turf Experience a plus

Landscape maintenance and renovation Experience a plus

Required qualifications:

Legally authorized to work in the United States

21+ years or older

Preferred qualifications:

Reliable transportation to and from work

Valid driver's license

Valid auto liability insurance

Background check

Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Review

Construction skills: operating handheld tools

Speaks English

Management skills: supervising employees

Management skills: hiring and onboarding

Management skills: conducting performance reviews

Management skills: resolving customer complaints

Management skills: managing employee conflicts

Math skills: calculating percentages

Math skills: tracking inventory usage
