We're seeking hands-on, motivated professionals to join our field operations team as a Carpenter / Handyman.
What You'll Do
This is a hybrid role offering variety, growth, and the chance to make an impact on high-profile commercial construction projects throughout the region. Your day-to-day might include:
Constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structural units using manual and power tools.
Building and setting concrete forms, pouring and finishing concrete.
Moving materials and setting up for daily tasks.
Demolishing, cleaning, and prepping job sites.
Assisting with scaffolding and ladder setup, caulking, grinding, polishing, and surface prep.
Verifying measurements, trueness of structures, and performing layout work.
Supporting your team and collaborating with seasoned carpenters, foremen, and superintendents.
Participating in safety procedures and recognizing hazards proactively.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy working with their hands. Ideally, you'll bring:
At least 2 years of commercial carpentry or construction experience.
Comfort with power tools, construction math, grade levels, and formwork.
Strong teamwork skills, a good attitude, and the ability to follow and give direction.
Willingness to work weekdays (6:30am-3:00pm) and occasional weekends as projects demand.
Ability to travel to job sites within a 100-mile radius of Nashville, with occasional overnight stays.
Physical Requirements
Must be comfortable working outdoors and indoors in all weather.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
Frequent standing, walking, reaching, grasping, and working at heights on ladders or scaffolds.
