Responsibilities

Must hold TS/SCI W/ CI Poly Clearance

Expected Qualifications

Bachelors in Tech, computer science, engineering or business

Familiarity with project management; monitoring developer cost, schedule, and performance; and program office processes, techniques, and documentation

Facilitate commonality within the enterprise by defining, acquiring, and integrating a multi-INT, multi-sensor, and multi-nodal processing capabilities

Planning, organizing, staffing, controlling and leading the management of programs throughout the systems lifecycle

Provide technical guidance and recommendations related to the integration of National Systems-based capabilities

Assist in program management; strategic planning; cost, schedule, and performance monitoring and reporting; program synchronization; generating requests for information responses; cross-program coordination; and programmatics

Support Agile-based program management and implementation of a Model-Base Systems Engineering approach

Lead IPT meetings and review process boards to include but not limited to ERBs, CCBs, SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, and PMRs

Support in multiple areas which include systems, mission, and enterprise engineering; program management; acquisition support; analytic support; technical analysis; user requirement management/development; architecture; and customer outreach and support

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

Desired Qualifications

Master's in Tech, computer science, engineering or business

Certified PM (such as PMP, DAWIA)

Familiarity with the NRO's and DoD's national and tactical space architectures

Expereince with different contracting types; e.g.: competition, sole source, IDIQ/TOs, Other Transactions, and Broad Agency Announcements)

Knowledge of Electro-optical, RADAR, SIGINT, Communications, Mission Management, and Mission processing systems supporting a space and ground architecture

Knowledge of SAFe Agile or similar agile processes and JIRA and Confluence tools

Certified in one or more of the following: INCOSE (or DAWIA equivalent), OMG Systems Modeler, Agile, Project Management, MBSE

Understand how system requirements, design, analysis, verification and validation activities are enabled by MBSE across the digital thread (the engineering lifecycle)
