Transport Refrigeration Technician

We are seeking a Transport Refrigeration Technician with Thermo King or Carrier experience for a direct hire opportunity with our client. Location: Tampa, FL Salary: $34.00 - $48.00 per hour (based on experience) Benefits: Full benefits package including PTO, Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, and 401k. Responsibilities: Troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Carrier and Thermo King Reefers and auxiliary power units (APUs). Positive interface with service writers, leadership team, parts department, drivers, vendors, and customers. Keep paperwork updated and submitted upon completion. Work safely and follow company safety standards. Perform various other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications: 608 EPA Certification (required). Must have your own set of general tools. Able to read electric & refrigeration schematics. Maintain an organized and clean work area. Prompt and reliable employee. 1-2 years of mechanical experience preferred but not required. Effective communicator and team player. Physical activities include walking, lifting more than 20 lbs., twisting, turning, and climbing ladders. Able to pass a drug test.
