Client: A top Aerospace and Defense Company

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

A year-long contract with possibility of extension

Education: Bachelor s Degree required

Rate: $70 to $75.55 per hour on a W2 non-benefitted contract

Job Description

• We are seeking an Engineering Project Management Support specialist to provide support for our program managers and engineering teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with project planning, coordination, and execution, as well as providing general administrative support to the engineering team

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on CAM-related activities, including variance analysis and corrective action.
• Manage control accounts, including maintaining earned value measures.
• Track and report on project progress, identifying and escalating any issues or concerns.
• Coordinate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Assist with project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project status reports.
• Develop and maintain project management tools and templates to support project delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, to ensure effective project execution.
