ERP Administrator (Construction)

gpac, a 30+ year recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the Mechanical Construction industry to find their next ERP Administrator! This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who want to take their career to the next level in a supportive and employee-owned company.

Position Responsibilities:

- Manage user access, permissions, and security roles in an ERP system

- Utilize high attention to detail to accurately track numerous access changes

- Apply knowledge of accounting principles and ERP system workflows

- Communicate effectively and document like a pro

Essential Job Functions:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with an ERP System

- Working knowledge of Viewpoint Vista or Viewpoint Web

- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Information Systems, or related field

- Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industries is a plus

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills

- Knowledge of reporting/query tools like SQL or SSRS

- Familiarity with Crystal Reports is a bonus

-Salary: $55,000 to $75,000 (depending on experience)
