We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing HVAC systems in residential settings. You’ll provide exceptional service, communicate clearly with homeowners, and ensure each job is completed to the highest standard.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling systems (furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, etc.)
• Perform maintenance and tune-ups on residential HVAC systems
• Educate homeowners on system operation and maintenance best practices
• Recommend solutions for HVAC upgrades or repairs
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with local HVAC codes
• Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and install teams as needed
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in residential HVAC service or maintenance
• EPA Certification (Type I and II or Universal)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces, attics, and crawlspaces
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
